Real Pay · Tutoring students Wyzant finds you
Is Wyzant worth it? Its real pay, after the fees nobody lists
Fully computableWyzant's deal is printed in plain sight: students they find you cost 25% of your rate; students you bring yourself cost nothing. A $60 hour is $45 or $60 depending on who knocked first — which makes Wyzant a marketing channel with a tutoring platform attached.
The part the poster skips: The 25% buys you a filled calendar, not a wage cut — if the alternative is an empty hour. The trap is staying on found-students forever. Every term, move your regulars to your own list.
